Hello, we are looking for an efficient way of cleaning our chocolate polycarbonate molds. We currently are using hot water for any milk and soy products. With specific allergens relating to Peanut Butter and Almonds we are currently using Multi-Clean Tough Green and sometimes Dawn Dish Soap. After we use Multi-Clean MC 10 Sanitizer but we feel like this is damaging our molds. Our owner is looking into using RO dishwasher with white vinegar. How do other industries similar to ours clean polycarbonate molds that are filled with PB or almond residue without damaging the integrity of the molds?
