Training Templates for employees

Good Afternoon,  

I  am the QA Manager for a beef slaughter processing facility where the two sides (slaughter & processing) are night and day different in terms of food safety culture.

The processing side of our company is on-point when it comes to training and the food safety culture amongst the employees.

The slaughter side is completely the other side of that coin. The employees in majority 75% are newer employees and most of the 75% have never worked around food before. For the most part the employees want to do a good job but lack the fundamentals in terms of food safety. The other issue is the floor supervisors and their need to get a certain number killed by days end and with that mentality they tell the new employees to disregard what the food safety monitors say as long as they are not around.

It has come to the point where a discussion was held with the owner of the company and the food safety team with the plant manager and floor supervisors. The decision was made that the entire floor be put through Food Safety Culture training. So what I am looking for is any food safety culture training templates or programs that we could emulate.
