What exactly needs to be on a COC for food contact packaging ie - bags, rollstock etc .? Are these items mandatory? I have COC's that are very limited in information. Approved for Food Contact Compliance with the Federal Food, Drug & Cosemtic Act Resin levels  Allergens. Thanks in advance!

Do you have any good examples?

Hi Tavish,

There are a few threads comparing the 2 on this Forum.

I googled COA versus COC which gave  this link / illustrative examples COA/COC -

basket_coa.pdf   79.23KB   37 downloads

PS - I think the above is a relatively "good" COC, IMEX some examples are considerably less detailed.
