Consultant needed for an urgent assignment

My company has been trying to get a 3rd party audit completed for over 10 years. We are a small produce delivery company in Ohio with a small repack area that has pushed us into a Packing House Audit. I took over back in March 3 days before our Prelim Primus Audit and we scored around the 70%-80% range. Our auditor turned into out food safety consultant. We have gotten much of what's needed completed for the audit, but he finished his Global gap audit training and had to step away from being our consultant due to the booking of Global gap and Primus audits. We are in a crunch to find a consultant to help us finish what's we need to get done before we schedule the Full Audit. We are aiming for the Audit to be completed before the end of the year. Mainly I have been doing all the work and the GM inputs from time to time on my work, but they want to just keep doing business as usual and the audit stuff is on the back burner, that was until last week when the Produce Alliance called and wanted to work with us, and the owners gave me 12 hours to gather all the documents needed for their meeting, we are in a holding pattern until we get certified.
