Food Fraud risk analysis

We are a third party Logistics company that does not take legal possession of goods and we do not have our own carrier's, these are all provided by our customers.  That being said, I am struggling to find a situation wherein we would have any kind of instance of Food Fraud possibility in our system.  The new S&D BRC standard demands we still do a risk assessment on this.  Does anyone have any ideas on how to proceed with this analysis?

From my point of view you should devide the process conducting a food fraud risk analysis into different steps. First identify possible risks and in the second step check if these risks might occur in your company. All standards are asking that the company shows evidence that they dealt with a specific subject - the outcome might be "not relevant" but the evaluation con be shown.

A good approach is given by "IFS Food Fraud Guide" which contains a certain chapter on IFS logistics which is quite similar to BRC S&D.
