Low risk, high risk countries for corona virus

hello
does anyone have an updated list of low risk high risk countries. All i keep getting is corona countries i just want the usually suspects to make sure our site questtionaire is up to scratch. Also does anyone have a template. Ours doesn't currently mention skin rashes and boils as per BRC section.
