Is there a micro testing requirement for olive oil?
Requirement to document all FG lot #'s shipped (Food contact packaging)
When you send samples for testing do you keep some for self-evaluation

You would have to investigate into what is required from CFIA for olive oil. I bet there is a standard of identity and it may encompass microbial evaluation. See below.

Although, you typically will not encounter microbial issues, but rather be battling oxidation issues with olive oil.
