Introduce Myself

My name is Haizal, i am from Malaysia.

I have degree in Food Science and Business Admin, graduated from National University of Malaysia in 2007.

Have work as Food Industry Consultant, Researcher, F&B Sector, Food Manufacturing Industries (Quality Assurance & Production Executive), Auditor for KFC Malaysia Supplier and now work for government as Food Technologist, Food Safety and Quality Division, under Malaysia Ministry of Health.

I am hoping this platform will benefit us to share information and knowledge about Food Safety and Quality.
