Looking for a sample Sustainability Program in Food Manufacturing

Good Day,

 

I hope all is well.

 

I'm looking for a sample program that can establish for Sustainability Environment in Food Manufacturing our company industry are Meat Cutting Plant also with Value Added Product is on going for HACCP requirements and soon for FSSC.

Can you help me guiys to established the feasible procedure on this Sustainability Program.

You might want to start by having a look at e.g. ISO14001 (environmental management systems) and/or ISO50001 (energy management systems) - even if you're not intending to fully implement them for certification at this stage, it'll perhaps give you an idea of how you could approach this.
