Hello. I am new to this site. Our products are ready to eat. We are fixing to start on a new product that is Cranberry Pecan Chicken Salad. Since the allergen is nuts, how do i go about it to put in my Haccp plan? Under HACCP Analysis would i add it in Storage/ Distribution? Also, would this have to be added in our Master HAccp Plan? How can i factor all this into our HACCP Plan? Thank you!
