In our HACCP plan we have process step as spraying Keeper before chopping Beef. IT is not one of our CCPs. However as product was going through the screw conveyor nozzle stop spraying Keeper. I did make production respray the meat using spray bottle. How should I fill out corrective action? will this be consider unforeseen Hazard corrective action?

Thank you

This is a standard deviation.  The corrective action has been completed. If this is an extremely rare occurrence, I wouldn't concern myself with preventative measures, however, if this has happened 1 or more times in the last 6 months, root cause analysis and preventative measures should occur

Is it a PC in your plan?
