Are you looking to audit your own facility? Are you currently SQF certified? Do you yourself have any formal SQF training? Are you looking for the template an SQF auditor would be using to audit your facility?
We are currently SQF certified. Yes, I am looking to audit our own facility. I am looking for template auditor would want to see for our facility internal audit.
Internal inspections are a bit like fingerprints, each facility will be different. Your SQF program audit has to cover and include verification/validation on your SQF program, see second link below.

I am still having trouble. I just don't know how to perform Internal audit. I do have internal audit sheet crated using SQF sections. However I don't know how to perform it.

You might want to go to training. Have you been through a SQF audit before? What they checked during the walk around - that's what you need to check.

FYI SQF internal audits are actually a REASSSMENT. If you google HACCP reassessment you'll find tons more tips/tricks/templates
reviews the following key aspects during each reassessment or internal audit:
- Selected standard operating procedures / GMPs
- HACCP plan(s) if required during that session
- On-site observations to confirm the accuracy and implementation of these procedures and materials
