Thanks for your input above, Was inquiring on how to conduct a water risk assessment ,what to include on water risk assesment report as per WHO guideline or any guideline available

It depends on the purpose you use water for: as a product ingredient, cleaning, etc. Also - if it's municipal potable water or from some other source. We use potable city water, and I test it monthly for Total Coliform and E. Coli. Other testing results I reference from the city reports.

Is there a GFSI system you are auditing under? It SOUNDS like you are asking for something newer to SQF, but if not, what I have may not be as much help. We did the water pipes to our lines.

It is highly likely that Kenya will have its own Regulatory requirements. Most Countries do.
