Hello and thanks for having me. Been thrust into a design role in seafood processing industry. Have 20 years experience in seafood supply chains, just not this end of it
What is existing - also in my travels consulting on building surfaces I have never recommended a drop ceiling and see them rarely in seafood processing facilities.

Existing is a drop ceiling with acoustical tiles. Area above drop is a spaghetti mess of decades of in use and abandoned mechanicals. None of the lighting is NSF certified.What is existing - also in my travels consulting on building surfaces I have never recommended a drop ceiling and see them rarely in seafood processing facilities.
