What will be the correct job title between the 2 "Integrated Pest Management Technician or Pest Control Technician"?

Integrated Pest Management is a system or combinations of processes, To control and/or minimize pest to a acceptable level.

 

while Pest Control is part of it.

You are correct, the IPM is as it says, an integrated system to manage pests. Your PCO (or PCT in your case) is a pivotal cog of that system. An SQF Practitioner should be able to rely on the professional suggestions of their PCO, however it is still the responsibility of your SQF Practitioner to maintain the IPM system as a whole.
