Standard time for a Mock Recall?

Is there a Standard of time a Recall should be completed. We did a Mock Recall and it took 3 hours-A team member is under the impression we have to have a yearly one done in 2 hours or under before our yearly audit?

Do a quick search for 'recall time' above, this comes up every year or so and there have been some good discussions on it.

They will Time you on your audit (SQF Here) it is even stated in the report (ours was).

No context to OP was given but please note that "Mock Recall" may have a much wider Scope than you, apparently, are aware of. For example -
