Hi Everyone. I'm the Technical Manager at a BRCGS certified site importing & manufacturing food ingredients for the Australian & New Zealand markets. I look forward to participating in this online forum, learning from others and also sharing some of my own experiences in the wonderful world of food safety & quality.
