Hi all,

In regarding clause 8.4.2,' shall periodically test procedures where practical', what kind of procedures shall we test beside mock recall?

We do emergency drill based on Food Safety Emergency plan. I recall, there was another similar thread on this topic - and people mentioned other tests there.

Hi Carine,

I think you have to conduct a mock practice what you have planned in emergency preparedness plan.

Ex: If you consider transport failure as an emergency incident, just pretend as it happened and do what ever you have planned.
