Labeling of WIP in a bakery

Hi,
Anyone got some tips on labelling of work in progress (bakery).
Ie cakes in the freezer before they get packed.

Metal Detectable Keyhole Loop Tags | 48 x 279mm (1.88 x 10.98") | Detectamet

 

You can use a metal detectable tag like the ones I linked to to identify the product on racks. These work in a lot of settings like in the prover etc, where the product is not packed. I'd caution you against having unpacked product in the freezer because sublimation can lead to freezer burn.
