Hi, you need to prove that MD is capable of controlling hazards that you identified in your HACCP plan. Your detection critical limits will also depend on your end consumer (vulnerable groups) and your target market legal requirements.

You can find a variety of interpretations for "MD validation".

 

The following assumes yr interest is haccp and specifically a MD, CCP.

 

The definition (ca Codex) of validation and verification with respect to a MD is given in 1st pdf

 

The operational usage of the info in 1st pdf is detailed in second pdf.

 

The third pdf is an example from a haccp plan of the characteristics being documented for a MD CCP.
