I am curious how the new labeling reconciliation requirement effects labeling of inner units that aren't produced or repacked by a facility. Does that require label reconciliation or are they only referring to production lines that may package multiple products in a day? Thank you all in advance.

As I understood this requirement was reconciliation of the labels on the items you produced.
