Glass control risk assessment

I am the Quality Assurance manager at a seafood processing facility.

This is a great place to get information and bounce idea off others.

Currently searching for a way to prove that the glass control policy is too strict, and time consuming to monitor.

SOP has hallways (not in production), washrooms (again not in process areas), maintenance shop (not near production).

So here goes another Risk Assessment...lol
