Food Safety Culture Survey for Employees
Does anyone have a Food Safety Culture Survey for employees these use and are willing to share?
AIB is doing a 5 part webinar that includes slides and documents post webinar- you can also go back and listen to the past recordings if the timing doesn't work well for your schedule. One of the documents is a "self" assessment, and though its a bit wordy and one that I would only use with senior management, but it can definitely be adjusted for employees. You may consider signing up for some of the many webinars and free trainings offered through various CBs and other food safety related groups.

You can do a few things:
1. Search for food safety culture surveys in the IFSQN search box. A few were shared in the past.
2. Click on link, just an example of one
Step 1 - Know (foodstandards.gov.au)
3. I have attached a draft created from several samples I got online and on IFSQN. I plan to do some finetuning and use soon.

BRCGS do a survey that we used last year. There are logic-based questions so staff only see what is relevant to them and have to answer more or less questions based on their answers. Might be worth a look https://www.brcgs.co...ure-excellence/
