Goodday Members, I just joined the community, I'm in the process of preparing for an audit in a week's time and this community has shared some invaluable information that we have managed to adapt to our system, thank you all

Welcome! You are in the same scenario I was when I found this forum. I was handed our program binders, an audit checklist, and told to get started. I was the first in-house quality/food safety person, previously the duties got split up amongst the managers. So, to summarize, I wouldn't want to do that again but I will say that audits are the best "crash course" for learning your system and programs.
