Hi new here and new to R and D

Hi,

I have worked in food safety and quality for 10 years and have now made the move to also be involved in R&D for cold processed beverages. 

I am not very familiar with preservatives, balancing flavours, using sweeteners or shelf life validation for ambient products, so am looking forward to joining these forums to increase my knowledge.
