Looking for food safety training courses

I hope that you are having a fantastic day so far.
This could be a long shot, but might be someone out here who can help me.
I currently work in the risk assessment field of food products and food ingredients, and prior to that I was in the R&D for a few years with a food technology background.
That being said, I recently have been granted an opportunity for taking short courses training related to food science and safety, covered 100% from my workplace. Therefore, I am looking for such training courses; in any topics within the realm of food safety.
Preferably, short courses/ trainings that are face-to-face and in-class rather than online ones, as the location is not an issue.
I would really appreciate any suggestions.

Hi Othman, welcome to the forum! Check NSF, they provide online courses on food safety, pretty good, and recognizable by the CBs. Sorry, I'm not aware of in-class options.

I, honestly don`t think that you can find better training provider than STC:

Not only thay have been nominated as BRCGS trainer of the year but is so well deserved. I had 4 or 5 courses with them and can`t reccomend them enough.

Globally the possibilities are of course Infinite in Number and Context.

Yes, it is preferably to be outside of Saudi Arabia aka global courses, and face-to-face. I have found a few courses that are designed specifically for Risk Assessment, but unfortunately it is already pass the deadline. So, I am now looking for any short courses that cover most aspects in food safety.
