Document for Foreign Suppliers of Utensils and Carryout boxes?

I work in distribution center which store finished food product. Also Utensils and Carryout boxes from foreign suppliers as well.
Could anyone please tell me what kind of documentation would required for these food contact non-food items for supplier approval program? I only familiar food product we requires GFSI certificates.
