Regulatory Capabilities Question from Customer

Started by , Jun 27 2022 03:29 PM

HI Inayah,

Your response should suffice but I believe it would be best to remove the guessing off the table. Just ask for clarification, everyone has a different take on what a regulatory capability is especially in various industries.

Best,

John

Hi, All!

I am filling out some onboarding information for a client and they are requesting our "Regulatory Capabilities." I am unsure what my response should be here. I am leaning towards stating we are an "FDA regulated facility following an SQF II Program, third-party audited." I wasn't sure if this was an appropriate response.

Has anyone see this line of questioning before?
