FSSC 22000 v5.1 Catering - Clause 2.5.14

I am working on an FSSC 22000 v5.1 project for a central kitchen. The scope is receiving, preparation and storage of items (such as dressings, sauces, portioned cheeses, desserts...) to be sent to branches. The branches are not covered in the scope. In this case, does "2.5.14 Requirements for organizations with multi-site certification" in the additional requirements of FSSC apply? The Food safety team of the organization is involved with the central kitchen operations and the branches operations so they conduct audits for the central kitchen as well as for the branches as part of verification. Since the scope is only the operations of the central kitchen as described above, does this mean we are exempted from this clause since we don't have multi-site certification?
