Hi Rabinraj,

Welcome to the forum. Attached are some slides related to risk assessment under BRC. However, even if you are not BRC I'm sure you will find the information useful. Remember that properly assessing risk goes beyond simply understanding how to use the risk assessment table; the team involved in RA must have a keen technical understanding of the risks, your product, and facility.
