Can someone please share an example of HACCP plan for infant formula. Any other inputs/ references will be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Hi Nidhi,

This would be extremely difficult for someone to do without knowing your process flow. I would advice sitting down with your HACCP team and discussing this at length.

Is this a new product or has this been a product for a while and the HACCP just needs updating?

There are lots of great resources out there (Including here), but this is a task that needs to be done in-house (in my opinion) to ensure the greatest compliance.

I would suggest looking at process flow examples and applying the theories to your own flow.

Hi,

Here is a excellent reference for baby formula HACCP.

infant_formula_gmp-eng.pdf (canada.ca)

I hope you find this information helpful.
