"Validation and Verification" may have different interpretations by some GFSI-recognised Standards, eg SQF may differ to fssc22000.
I attach a nice template previously, generously, posted here (Marshall) for, IIRC, Va/Ve /SQF.

I have never been a user of SQF/fssc but I anticipate that fssc may well regard all the attached document as appropriate to Verification due fssc's interpretation of Ve (or, perhaps more precisely, SQF's quirky interpretation).
Other fssc22000 users here are only too welcome to confirm or disagree my opinion.
@ RyH - Thks yr input but yr PRP Risk Assessment seems highly questionable due the "unrealistic" choices of "Severities" , eg incorrect Product Specifications would have no impact on Food Safety, etc, etc ??
(afaik proper preliminary implementation of PRPs is regarded as a "Critical" requirement for a HACCP System).

Hi Charles, I appreciate the severities look questionable but this is a result of our product having very few food safety risks associated with it.

Our SQF auditor had not seen this version before. I use the same for for internal audits and annual PRP reassessments (because let's be honest-it the same activity with a different term)
