Document Compliance Network...Opinions?

Hello all. I had a recent software review of the document compliance network system, and I think it would be beneficial to the company I'm currently at. My boss asked that I get some references and opinions from other companies that use it.

 

So, is there anyone on the forum who uses the Document Compliance Network who would be willing to give their opinion on the software? How do you think it has improved your workload? Is there anything you do not like about the software or the customer service the company provides? Do you think you got a good ROI? If you're from a smaller company (<50 employees), do you feel like it's been especially helpful?

 

I know there's other programs out there, but those are way outside the realm of affordability so I'm not considering them.
