Facility Registration for a Brand utilizing co-manufacturers and third-party distributors

I've worked in facility QA for my career and have recently moved to a brand who utilizes all co-manufacturers and third-party distributors. As far as facility registration...do we register? And if so, as what type of facility? Thanks in advance!
