Hi,

We have 2 similar retorts in our facility, one them is validated by the process authority. For the second retort can we switch the process authority? Doing will create any issues with FDA.?

Do we have complete form 2541d for every equipment?

Hoping to get some help on this!

Thanks

Form FDA 2541d is for (Food Process Filing for Low-Acid Retorted Method).  Which equipment are you asking about and what standard are you working against for this?

Cheers!

The process filing is for each product produced.  You can use different process authorities for different products.
