The Interpretation Guide is a copyrughted document, and unlike the standard itself, BRCGS doesn't make it available for free. You'll need to purchase a copy from the BRCGS Bookshop: https://www.brcgs.co...deline/p-12227/
Indeed, and though the Interpretation Guide can be downloaded for free by BRCGS Participate members, I believe you have to purchase specifically printable versions now, whereas historically printing wasn't locked.
