Dear All,

Do containers, tools need to be washed only in high care zone? Can containers, tools leave high care zone to be wash in low risk zone? If it possible, how should I documented it.

We would need some more context, but the risky part here is that after cleaning the items in the low-risk zone, is there any chance that they can be contaminated before they are taken back to high-risk zone? Is there any way that you can prove the contamination is not occurring or is being controlled before contaminating the product?

After cleaning the containers outside the high-risk zone, they are stored in a clean container warehouse. Then they are transported by pallet trucks through the corridor to the High Risk Zone. Containers do not pass through any production rooms.

Once a month, microbiological swabs are taken from the containers.

I would like to confirm that this activity can be do outside the high risk zone like we do now. What should I document besides swabs?
