Any reference to set limits of ATP, Ecoli, coliform results of food contact surface and workers hand swab.
Interpreting environmental swab E. coli results (ECC cfu/cm²): what’s the pass/fail limit?
Shelf-life validation gap: HACCP says 24 months frozen, but testing only ran 4 months (beef plant)
