THERE ARE NEW ISSUES IN BRC 9 (3.5.1.2) THAT NEED TO BE CHECKED:
1). AUDIT
- PRODUCT SAFETY AND FOOD PROTECTION PLAN, AUTHENTICITY ASSURANCE PLAN
2). QUESTIONNAIRE
- FOOD DEFENSE
- THE AUTHENTICITY OF THE PRODUCT
WHAT E.P. QUESTIONS CAN BE ASKED TO COVER THESE ISSUES

I don’t think you need to ask questions regarding these, ask for a copy of the food defence plans and product authenticity plans.
