I thought it would be a good idea to start a brainstorming session for mobile equipment in food plants.  I'm also interested in hearing recommendations on this list and if any of these items would not need to apply to this section.

I'll start...

Forklifts

Pallet Jacks

Scissor Lifts

Ladders

Scales

Saws

Conveyor Belts

Metal Detectors

Thermometers

Clipboards

Tablets

Stopwatches

Radios

ATP Meters

Sanitation Tools

Air Compressors

Welder

Dry Ice Tote

Maintenance Tools

I wouldn't worry about clipboards, thermometers etc. as that is not what they are speaking of.  Wheels on fork lifts don't often get cleaned, and therefore can be a source of overlooked contamination

I am wondering why you're moving saws and the like (but wouldn't add those as you should already have those items on a sanitation schedule)

The way I'm reading the element, it doesn't seem like you need a list at all.......you just need a process in place to ensure they are cleaned

Thank you Scampi - I appreciate the feedback!
