Supplier Audit Template

Hello All -

Happy New Year! Would anyone have a parsed down supplier audit template they are willing to share? I am a BRCGS auditor working in a supplier auditor capacity for a food & beverage company. I am currently on maternity leave and in need of a parsed down audit template that could be used by our sourcing team as they travel to processing facilities and farms on an upcoming international trip. . 

 

I have provided training on auditing techniques to this team, and have an extensive audit template that I use based on BRCGS food safety standard, but I am looking for something way more scaled down. This is needed until I can begin traveling again and conduct a full supplier audit once I'm back from maternity leave.

Why don’t you condense the BRCGS Auditor Checklist & Site Self-Assessment tool provided by BRCGS, it is in Microsoft Word format and can be edited.
