Introductory Message

Good morning!

My name is Kerrilyn Pilgrim.  I am a Barbadian (from the Caribbean island of Barbados). I am a food technologist, with an MSc. in Food Technology and Quality Assurance from the University of Reading, UK.  I work as a regulatory microbiologist and have a private business called Spark Food Safety that seeks to educate consumers and food business owners on several food safety related topics.  I was introduced to the website by Mrs. Pamela Whitehall, who is also a member.  It is a pleasure to be here and I look forward to engaging with and learning from you and your experiences.
