UK manufactured product being distributed through EU

Hi All,

I'm not sure really if this is the best place to ask, but I'm drawing a bit of a blank and was hoping someone may be able to point me in the right direction! 

We are a UK manufacturer who sells product through 3PL's currently in Poland and the US. 

We are looking at moving our warehouse partner from the one in Poland, to one in Germany. Does anyone know what sort of implications this would have? Would the products need to be registered in Germany and compliant there, to be sold across the EU? Do I need a EU rep to do this for me? 

I'm not sure if there is some sort of body in the UK that we can direct these questions to, hence asking in here..
