EU regulations for on-site beverage production?

Hi, I am writing to request information regarding coffee vending machines in Switzerland and France

What will be the regulations for on-site beverage production?

Also, how do the local authorities monitor the coffee machines, such as microbiology or other tests for the main ingredients like coffee beans etc., the final coffee products and the internal food contact surfaces/ materials.

Is there an EU regulation for this?

Thank you in advance,

Nidhi

generally speaking, this sort of thing is not monitored by any local authority anywhere

Have you ever seen a provincial health unit approval on a vending machine in Canada? i certainly have not, and that 's likely the way it is all over the world

Since you're waving a Canadian flag--out of curiosity, why are you asking about Europe?

That wouldn't fall under the EU--local regulation would prevail
