Good morning everyone, and happy Monday!
My name is Jenny, and I am a Food Safety Compliance Manager for a pizza crust manufacturer in Waukesha Wisconsin. I have been with the company for 18 years and in my position for about 18 months. I began my career with the company as a temp hired for general production and eventually worked my way up to quality assurance, production management, and now compliance.
There are tons of new advancements in food safety, and I am very excited to learn more about what I can do to contribute to a positive food safety culture. My goal is to achieve SQF certification and help my company continue to grow in the right direction.
Thank you for allowing me to introduce myself, and I look forward to meeting people who share my dedication to food safety.

I am in Wisconsin several times per year. I find the Lakefront IPA equal about equivalent to crack.

Isn't your town the place that Grumpy Old Men was based on? Lol.
We had a long term client in similar industry that is located in Osseo and I seem to remember that TNT crusts are in Green Bay.
Used to do a lot of SQF and 3rd party inspects in Wisconsin. One of my favorite places in the US.

Yeah, my brother lives in Madison and I get out there now and then. The beer and cheese scene is amazing, lol. So many good beers, but Point is my favorite WI cold beer on a hot summer day....
