Hello all,

 

Does any of you know what is the indoor air quality limit for cheese food production plants?

I would like to know the limit for Aerobic colony count, TPC, and Yeast

This is what we use for our facility and we test it annualy.

 

<100 CFU for APC, and Y/M, and <10 CFU for Coliforms. 

 

Not sure if every plant is the same.

Thank you for your reply. 100 cfu/plate did you have any reference to set the limit as 100?
