Hello!
Hello! My name is Megan and I am a Director of Food Safety & Quality Assurance for an egg company. I have been in various other production and food safety positions, with all of my previous positions being in poultry. I completed my undergrad at Oklahoma State University and completed my master's at University of Arkansas.
I have been using this forum for some time and excited to finally join as a member. I look forward to connecting with people and having thought partners for a couple different topics. I am excited for the advancement of food safety and to be a part of it!
Best regards,
Meg
