DATA logger sourcing
hello everyone,
Looking to source some data loggers that are small in size and can be logged. Temperature range requires is minimum 90C.Mainly to be used in food products like sauces and meals. Not sure what are my alternatives to TCX technology.
Having challenges to source the higher temp range. Any leads around anything supplier who has in stock or a person who is willing to loan or even any alternative methods that could be used to perform cooking validations would be appreciated.
Thanks :)
Hi, we used these .... https://www.thermowo...rmistor-probes/
You can download the data to a software via WiFi or USB and get all the information through the software. The temp range is (Probe: -40 to 257°F (-40 to 125°C)).
Hope this helps!
Thanks you so much for your suggestion.
Just wondering how can we do use them inside a tank. That is closed to cover the worst case scenario. Isn’t a cable is a limitation?
You can use digital tools inside the tank that automates the temperature record keeping. Another tool that you may use might be with a probe that is washable.
Such an example would be: Milk monitoring by defffield Milk Montoring (deepfield-connect.com)
Fisher Scientific Temperature Datalogger
We use it for our Autoclave, so I know it does higher temperatures.
Hi,
We use these in autoclaves, they work very reliably at 121 °C.
