Hello ,

We are in process of having 3 new products in our facility. We are an organic food production where we make salads, juices and wraps. The line of new products added will be cooked meals.

My question is Do we need a new haccp plan for these new products or can be added to old haccp plan and revise the plan.

Also If someone can throw some light on what goes into adding new product into haccp plan.

Please and Thank you!

Ah, you've introduced a process with a required kill step

New HACCP plan for those products and leave your exisitng on their own

I cannot fathom how you've managed to put salad juice and wraps on 1 HACCP plan  they are VERY different in the process from start to finish
