Looking for Factory a Hygiene Checklist

Dear All,
I work for a Biscuit Manufacturing company. Could you provide a sample Factory Hygiene Checklist which will cover all the checks to be conducted in significant areas such as Packing, Oven Areas, Forming, Mixing & Storage.
Personal Hygiene will also be a part of the checks.
